Journal of Neuroscience and Neuroengineering (JNSNE) is an international peer- reviewed journal that covers all aspects of neuroscience and neuroengineering. The journal publishes original full-length research papers, letters, tutorials and review papers in all interdisciplinary disciplines that bridge the gaps between neuroscience, neuroengineering, neurotechnology, neurobiology, brain disorders and diseases, novel medicine, neurotoxicology, biomedical engineering and nanotechnology.

ON THE COVER: Susceptibility tensor imaging provides a novel means for noninvasive assessment of white matter microstructures of the brain. For more technical details, see “Comparison of Magnetic Susceptibility Tensor and Diffusion Tensor of the Brain”, Wei Li and Chunlei Liu, J. Neurosci. Neuroeng. 2, 431–440 (2013).

Editors-in-Chief: Dr. Lun-De Liao, Singapore; Dr. Chin-Teng Lin, Taiwan.

JNSNE Best Paper Award
Journal of Neuroscience and Neuroengineering ( announces the “JNSNE Best Paper Award" for those papers that have been deemed to be making an outstanding contributions to the area covered by the scope of the JNSNE in the last year. There are “JNSNE Best Research Paper Award" and “JNSNE Best Review Paper Award", which will be presented annually to the authors of winning papers in every JNSNE February issue. These prizes are selected by the Editors and Editorial boards of JNSNE.
