Aims and Scope
American Journal of Robotic Surgery (AJRS) is the first journal of its kind, focused on different aspects of robotic surgery and related peripheral research topics, a major step forward bringing Robotic Surgeons on board to a single platform. In past few years, there has been explosion of research data on robotic surgery; therefore, this new evolution has generated a demand for a journal for physicians to refer, to publish their data and experience to take medicine forward for next generation and to encourage education, debate and deliberation to improve robotic tools and technology. AJRS is one of the world's leading international journals, covering all the new and existing aspects of upcoming Robotic Surgery arena. This journal will publish major contributions made by the Robotic Surgeons dealing with different body organs such as esophagus, liver, adrenal, pancreas, colon, hernia, heart, brain, spine, kidney, and other diseases. The journal presents the editorials, up-to-date research papers, review articles, case studies, commentaries, randomized trials, innovation, newer surgical tips, how I do it, videos, and letter to editor on the latest surgical robotic procedures with audit and outcome studies in Robotic surgery and related basic sciences. The peer-reviewed proceedings of scientific meetings, symposia and workshops related to robotic surgery are also published.
