Aims and Scope |
JOURNAL OF SURFACES AND INTERFACES OF MATERIALS focuses
on presenting peer -reviewed fundamental and applied scientific
research in new materials, novel phenomena, recent developments in
analysis (both experimental and theoretical) techniques, new
material properties, and applications related to the effect of
surfaces and interfaces. The domain of research work encompasses
length scales from nanoscale to macroscale in organic (e.g. cells,
proteins, synthetic bioinspired biomaterials etc.) and inorganic
(metals, ceramics, polymers etc.) materials. Special emphasis is
on publishing novel developments in analytiques, simulations, and
experiments that hold promise for significant advancements in
future materials engineering as well as on presenting new
observations that hold promise for leading to such developments.
Form of presentation includes original full length papers, timely
state-of-the-art reviews, and short communications encompassing
the fundamental and applied research. |
